Built a HIPAA-conscious operational dashboard for a regional hospital network. The dashboard supports clinical operations managers in monitoring patient flow, bed utilization, and readmission risk — replacing paper-based weekly reports.

- Track daily admissions, discharges, and bed occupancy in near real-time
- Calculate 30-day readmission rate by department and diagnosis group
- Identify departments with longest average length of stay (ALOS)
- Build department head scorecards with drill-through capability
